A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
_public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council cf the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of CONSOLIDATED ROCK PRODUCT
CO. a Delaware corporation,_
to sell to t e City of Anaheim the following described rea
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purpose
and more particularly described as fol ows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Easterly 32.00 feet, as measured
at right angles from the center line of Richfield Road,
of that parcel of land described as follows:
The South 418.59 feet of that portion of Lot 22 in
Block 36 of the Yorba Linda Tract, as per map recorded
in Book 5, pages 17 and 18 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County, lying West of the East
764.79 feet of said Lot.
Note: For the purpose of this description, the center
line of Richfield Road is assumed to be the East line
of the above described parcel of land.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim :'crept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED th =t the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.0O),
