CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR SEWER LINE

EXCEPTING THEREFROM the North 635 feet.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for sewer line
purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ARCHDIOCESE OF LOS ANGELES
EDUCATION WELFARE CORPORATION a CaliTornia non-profit

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for sewer line
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for the installation and maintenance
of a sewer line under and across the Westerly
12.00 feet of Lot 8, Kellogg Homestead Tract, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 8, page 51 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim ccept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar 01.00).
