1965-227A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ETAHE`IM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council cf the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of TOMMIE B. CARTER and HELEN
M. CARTER, husband and wife,

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and

and more particular y described as fol ows:
An easement for road and public utility
purposes over, under and across the
Easterly 45 feet of the Southerly 120
feet of the Easterly 420 feet of the
Northerly 825 feet of the Westerly 660
feet of Lot 2, Block K of the Kraemer
Tract, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de
Santa Ana, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 12, pages 87 and 88 of Miscel-
laneous Records of Los Angeles County,
California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
