A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING A PROPOSED REVI-
SION IN THE ALIGNMENT OF THE FRONTAGE ROAD
IN THE NORTHEASTERLY QUADRANT OF THE
JEFFERSON STREET INTERCHANGE AT THE RIVER-
SIDE FREEWAY.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and the State of Cali-
fornia have heretofore entered into a Freeway Agreement,
dated December 15, 1964, covering the Riverside Freeway,
Road 07- ORA -91 3 3/9.2, between the westerly City limit near
Dale Street and State Route 55; and
WHEREAS, the existing freeway agreement shows a
frontage road serving land locked parcels in the northeast-
erly quadrant of the Jefferson Street Interchange; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City
for future planning that the alignment of this frontage
road be revised as shown on the attached print labeled
VII- ORA -91, Jefferson Frontage Road Geometric Plan, dated
February 1, 1965, and made a part hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED and ordered that
the City Council of the City of Anaheim hereby concurs and
approves the proposed revision set forth hereinabove, it
being understood that a revised freeway agreement incorpora-
ting said revision is to be entered into at some future
date.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 23rd day of March, 1965.
