RESOLUTION NO. 65R -211
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING A COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
PROVIDING FOR WORK TO BE ACCOMPLISHED ON A
STATE HIGHWAY UNDER THE TERMS OF DIVISION OF
HIGHWAYS ENCROACHMENT PERMIT NO. 764 -E -567.
WHEREAS, a Cooperative Agreement providing for work
to be accomplished on State Highway 214 (Lincoln Avenue) in
accordance with the terms of Division of Highways Encroach-
ment Permit No. 764 -E -567 has been presented to the Council
for consideration; and
WHEREAS, the Council has read said Agreement and is
familiar with the contents thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that said Cooperative Agreement be and
the same is hereby approved and the City Engineer is directed
to sign the same on behalf of said City, said Agreement to be
binding upon the City upon its execution by the authorized
officials of the State.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 16th day of March, 1965.
