1965-210WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
September 1, 1959 adopt Resolution No. 5464 in Reclassifica-
tion Proceedings No. 59 -60 -8, finding and determining that the
property and area therein described should be changed from
R -A, RESIDENTIAL- AGRICULTURAL ZONE to C -1, NEIGHBORHOOD
COMMERCIAL ZONE, subject to certain conditions therein set
forth; and
follows:
"4. That the owners of subject property place of
record standard City of Anaheim C -1 Deed
Restrictions, approved by the City Attorney.
AND WHEREAS, a request has been received by the City
Council asking that said Condition No. 4 be deleted from
Resolution No. 5464; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that C -1 Deed Restric-
tions are no longer required in the reclassification of subject
property under Reclassification Proceedings No. 59 -60 -8, and
that Condition No. 4 should, therefore, be deleted from
Resolution No. 5464; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that an
ordinance has never been adopted directing said change of zone
and completing said reclassification proceedings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 5464 in Reclassification
Proceedings No. 59 -60 -8 be, and the same is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom Condition No. 4.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 5464 be, and remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 16th day of March, 1965.
