A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 64R -619
IN RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 64 -65 -5.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
did heretofore, to wit, on August 18, 1964, adopt Resolution
No. 64R -619 in Reclassification Proceedings No. 64 -65 -5
finding and determining that the property and area therein
described should be changed to a different zone, as more
particularly set forth in said resolution, subject to certain
conditions enumerated therein; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that through inad-
vertence a clerical error occurred in the preparation of said
Resolution No. 6 4R -619, in that said resolution recites that
the City Council does find and determine that subject property
should 'be excluded from C -3, HEAVY COMMERCIAL ZONE, and in-
corporated in C -1, NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL ZONE," upon certain
conditions therein set forth, when in truth and in fact said
property was, on the date of the adoption of said resolution,
classified R -A, RESIDENTIAL- AGRICULTURAL ZONE (not C -3,
HEAVY COMMERCIAL ZONE), and it was the intent of the City
Council that it be changed to R -3, Multiple- Family Residential
Zone; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that said reso-
lution should, therefore, be amended and said clerical error
corrected; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that
an ordinance has never been adopted directing said change
of zone and completing said reclassification proceedings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 64R -619 in Reclas-
sification Proceedings No. 64 -65 -5 be, and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
That that portion of the sixth paragraph of said
resolution immediately following the description of
the real property shall be amended to read:
"be excluded from R -A, RESIDENTIAL- AGRICULTURAL
ZONE, and incorporated in R -3, MULTIPLE- FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 64R -619 be, and remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 16th day of March, 1965.
