A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same to City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council cf the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of CLYDE ADDISON FINLEY and
MARY JANE FINLEY husband and wife
to sell to t City of Anaheim t following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and

and more particular y descried as of ows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that portion of the Southwest quarter of Section 14,
Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 11 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the South quarter corner of said Section, said
point being the center line intersection of Ball Road and
Western Avenue; thence Northerly along the East line of said
Southwest quarter, 162.54 feet, more or less, to the North line
of the land conveyed to Clyde Addison Finley et ux by deed
dated February 10, 1950 and filed March 1, 1950 as Document No.
19635 in the office of the Registrar of Titles of said Orange
County; thence Westerly along said North line to its inter-
section with a line parallel with and distant 45.00 feet Wester-
ly, as measured at right angles, from the East line of said
Southwest quarter; thence Southerly along said parallel line
84.66 feet, more or less, to the beginning of a tangent curve,
concave Northwesterly and having a radius of 25 feet; thence
Southwesterly along said curve, through a central angle of
89 54' 15" an arc distance of 39.23 feet to a point on a line
parallel with and distant 53.00 feet Northerly, as measured at
right angles, from the South line of said Section; thence
Westerly along said last mentioned parallel line to its inter-
section with the West line of said land conveyed to Finley;
thence Southerly along said last mentioned West line to the
South line of said Section 14; thence Easterly along said
South line to the point of beginning.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 9th day of March 19 65
