A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
ublic utility purposes
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ALEX M. PINELLI and

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly descri ed as o ows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that portion of Lot 32 of Anaheim Extension, as
per Map made by Wm. Hamel and filed in the office of the
County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, described
as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Santa Ana
Street, 49.5 feet in width, as shown on said Map of Anaheim
Extension, with the center line of State Highway right of way,
100 feet in width, known as Manchester Boulevard, as acquired
by the State of California by Final Order of Condemnation
made November 4, 1936, Action No. 33127, in Superior Court
of Orange County, California, a copy of which was recorded in
Book 847, page 478 of Official Records of Orange County; thence
along the center line of said Manchester Boulevard, South
41 02' 03" East 95.68 feet; thence North 48 57' 57" East
50.00 feet to the point of intersection with the Easterly line
of said Manchester Boulevard, said point being the beginning
of a curve tangent to said Easterly line and concave South-
easterly having a radius of 25.00 feet; thence Northerly and
Easterly along said curve through a central angle of 115 24'
23" an arc distance of 50.36 feet to the intersection with a
line that is parallel with and distant 29.25 feet South of
the center line of said Santa Ana Street; thence North 15 37'
40' East 29.25 feet to the intersection of said center line of
Santa Ana Street; thence South 74 22' 20" West 108.80 feet to
the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion lying within the right of way
of Santa Ana Street and Manchester Boulevard.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 9th day of March 19 65
