A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ALLEY AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purch,•sing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for alley and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner s of s.. id property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council cf the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of LE ROY B. SHULTZ and

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for alley and
public utility purposes
and more particular y descried as o ows:
An easement for alley and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Southerly 7.00 feet of the follow-
ing described parcel of land:
Lot 4 and the Easterly 10 feet of Lot 5 in Block 3 of
the Santa Fe Tract, as shown on a Map thereof recorded
in Book 21, page 49 of Miscellaneous Records of Los
Angeles County, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE Jr PIRIHER RESOLVED that the City Aaditor of the
City of Anaheim be and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOHEOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
