1965-175WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did on February
15, 1965, adopt Resolution No. 1540 Series 1964 -65 finding and
recommending to the City Council that the name of a certain
street in the City of Anaheim, designated "Savoy Place," be
changed to Drury Place; and
WHEREAS, after careful consideration of the matter,
the City Council does find that in accordance with the findings
and recommendation of the City Planning Commission, and in order
to avoid confusion, public convenience and necessity require
that the name of that certain cul -de -sac street in Tract No.
5262 in the City of Anaheim, designated as Savoy Place, be
changed to Drury Place.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the name of that certain cul -de -sac
street in Tract No. 5262 in the City of Anaheim, designated
"Savoy Place," be, and the same is hereby, changed to Drury
Place.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 9th day of March, 1965.
