1965-163A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purch sing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utilitypurposes
and
RESOLUTION NO. 65R 163
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of DONALD D, WELLS and IDA
E WELLS husband and wife and EUGENE W. WELLS and MARGARET
WELLS husband and wife
to sel to t e City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utilit .ur.oses
and more particular y described as o' ows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Westerly 60.00 feet, as measured
at right angles from the center line of Brookhurst Street
of that parcel of land described as follows:
The Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of the
Southwest quarter of Section 17, Township 4 South, Range
10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California.
Except the North 180.00 feet thereof.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVLD that: the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
