1965-161WHEREAS, the City Council. of the City of Anaheim is desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility purposes and A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES. RESOLUTION NO 65R 161 WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to sell and convey the same to the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the offer of JOHN WINDSOR SEAPY and MILDRED SEAPY husband and wife, and D•VID S. OLLINS an •'ION GRAAF COLLINS, husband and wife to sell to t e City of Anaheim t e following described real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be used for an easement for woad and •ublic utilit •ur.oses and more particular y described as fo ows: An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and across that portion of Lot 35 of Anaheim Extension, as shown on a Map of Survey by Wm. Hamel, a copy of which is shown in Book 3, pages 163 to 165, inclusive, of Los Angeles County Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the Southerly pro- longation of the West line of Summerfield and Oppenheimers Subdivision, per Map recorded in Book 19, page 49 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California, with the center line of Lincoln Avenue, shown as County Road on said Map; thence North 0 43' 43" West 677.24 feet along said West line and prolongation to the center line of Pearl Street, as shown on said Map, and being the true point of beginning; thence continuing North 0 43' 43' West 30.00 feet; thence South 89 12' 30" West 96.20 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Southerly and having a radius of 230.00 feet; thence Westerly 99.22 feet along said curve through a central angle of 24 43' 06" to the beginning of a reverse curve concave Northerly and having a radius of 170.00 feet; thence Westerly 73.34 feet along said curve through a central angle of 24 43' 06 thence tangent to said curve South 89 12' 30�' West 44.04 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Northerly and having a radius of 48.00 feet; thence Westerly 29.87 feet along said curve through a central angle of 35 39' 33" to the beginning of a reverse curve concave Southerly and having a radius of 48.00 feet; thence Westerly and Southerly 135.07 feet along said curve through a central angle of 161 13' 38 to the beginning of a reverse curve, concave Westerly and having a radius of 48.00 feet; thence Southerly 29.87 feet along said curve through a central angle of 35 39' 33 thence tangent to said curve South 0 42' 02" East 366.16 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Northwesterly and having a radius of 15.00 feet; thence Southerly 23.95 feet along said curve through a central angle of 91 29 47" to a point of cusp with a curve concave Northerly and having a radius of 146.00 feet a radial to said point bears South 0 47 45" West, said curve being the North line of the land described in the deed to the City of Anaheim recorded October 1, 1956 in Book 3662, page 266 of Official Records; thence Easterly 4.18 feet along said curve through a central angle of 1 38' 20 thence tangent to said curve North 89 09' 25�' East 40.71 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Southerly and having a radius of 76.67 feet; thence Easterly along said curve through a central angle of 0 22' 54" an arc distance of .51 feet; thence North 0 42' 02" West, 454.07 feet; thence North 89 12' 30" East, 363.38 feet; thence North 0 43' 43" West 19.65 feet to the true point of beginning. be, and the same ishereby, accepted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey- ance of said property. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
