desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of JOHN WINDSOR SEAPY and

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for woad and

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of Lot 35 of Anaheim
Extension, as shown on a Map of Survey by Wm. Hamel,
a copy of which is shown in Book 3, pages 163 to 165,
inclusive, of Los Angeles County Maps, in the office
of the County Recorder of Orange County, California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Southerly pro-
longation of the West line of Summerfield and Oppenheimers
Subdivision, per Map recorded in Book 19, page 49 of
Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California,
with the center line of Lincoln Avenue, shown as County
Road on said Map; thence North 0 43' 43" West 677.24
feet along said West line and prolongation to the
center line of Pearl Street, as shown on said Map, and
being the true point of beginning; thence continuing

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
