OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes
and
to sell to t City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
ublic utilit ur•oses
and more particular ;y described as fol ows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Southerly 32.00 feet of the Westerly
42.00 feet of Lot Four (4) of Tract No. 647, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 20, page 34 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County.
For the purpose of this description the South line of said
Lot 4 is assumed to be the center line of Orange Avenue,
40.00 feet in width.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property
BE ir FURTHER RESOLWD that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
