A RESOLUTION OF THE CI lY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OR ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of MARCELINE 1. CORDERMAN,
a sin le woman
to sel to t e City of Anaheim t e following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particular y descried as o ows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
above and across the West 32.00 feet (as measured at right
angles to the centerline of West Street) of that portion of
Lot 10 of Miles Rancho, per Map thereof recorded in Book 4,
page 7 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the centerline of West Street dis-
tant thereon 110 feet South of the Southwest corner of the
land conveyed to John Stonch by deed recorded April 3, 1951
in Book 2168, Page 618 of Official Records; thence North
89 43' 20" East, parallel with the South line of said land
conveyed to Stonch, 170 feet; thence South, parallel with
said centerline of West Street, 70 feet; thence South
89 43' 20" West, parallel with said South line of the
land conveyed to Stonch, 170 feet; thence North 70 feet
to the point of beginning.
For the purpose of this description, the West line of said
Lot 10 is assumed to be the centerline of West Street.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESfq.Vfli that the City Aiditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
