OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
,public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
of Anaheim that the offer of STATER BROS. MARKETS

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Westerly 53.00 feet as measured at
right angles from the center line of Knott Street of
that portion of the West half of the Northwest quarter
of the Northwest quarter of Section 14, Township 4 South,
Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as said Section
is shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 11 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of said Orange County, described
as follows:
Beginning at the center line intersection of Knott Avenue
and Lincoln Avenue, said point being the Northwest corner
of said Section 14; thence North 89 41' 29" East 662.27
feet along the center line of Lincoln Avenue, said center
line being the North line of said Section 14 to the East
line of said West half; thence South 0 14' 40" East 444.06
feet along said East line to a 1 inch iron pipe tagged
R.C.E. 9808; thence South 89 41' 32" West 662.35 feet to
a point on the center line of Knott Avenue, said center
line being the West line of said Section 14; thence North
0 14' 05' West 444.06 feet along said West line to the
point of beginning.
Except the North 191.00 feet of the West 200.00 feet thereof.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
