RESOLUTION NO. 65R 113
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ADOPTING BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURE OF
FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY FUND
TO CITIES; AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO.
65R -39.
WHEREAS, a master agreement has been executed by the
City of Anaheim, hereinafter referred to as the City, and the
State Department of Public Works, Division of Highways, herein-
after referred to as the Department, on March 20, 1961, for
expenditure of State- allocated funds; and
WHEREAS, a project statement has been prepared and
was submitted to the Department on March 11, 1964, showing
the estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be
made during the 1964 -65 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, a budget prepared by the Department on
November 20, 1964, has been presented to the City Council in
accordance with the project statement submitted by the City;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered said budget,
as prepared by the Department, and is familiar with the contents
thereof.
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council that
said budget be and is hereby adopted as the budget of expendi-
tures recommended to be made from such funds during the 1964 -65
fiscal year.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 65R -39 be
and the same is hereby rescinded.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 23rd day of February, 1965.
