RESOLUTION NO. 65R-112
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM RESCINDING RESOLUTION
NO. 65R-74 IN RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS
NO. 64-65-70.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
February 2, 1965, adopt Resolution No. 65R-74 in Reclassifica-
tion Proceedings No. 64-65-70 finding and determining that the
property and area therein described should be changed from R-A,
Agricultural Zone to C-0, Commercial Office Zone, subject to
certain conditions therein set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that subsequent to
the filing of the petition requesting reclassification of sub-
ject property to C-0, Commercial Office Zone, proceedings were
initiated by the City Planning Commission for reclassification
of subject property to C-1, General Commercial Zone, under Re-
classification No. 64-65-84; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that C-1,
General Commercial Zoning is the most appropriate zoning for
the existing and proposed use of subject property and that all
proceedings in connection with Reclassification No, 64-65-70
should, therefore, be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No, 65R-74 in Reclassi-
fication Proceedings No. 64-65-70, be, and the same is hereby
rescinded; and that all proceedings in connection with Reclassi-
fication No. 64-65-70 be, and the same are hereby terminated.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 23rd day ofFebuary, 1965.
