RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF AN HEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR STREET PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchsing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An a sement for street

WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of JEFFERSON CANYON DEVELOP-
MENT CO.. INC.._a California corporation

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for street

and more particular y described as fuse
An easement for street purposes for Batavia
Street and Jefferson Street as shown within
the boundaries, and dedicated on the map of
Tract No. 4643, in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, as
per map recorded in Book 195, pages 35, 36
and 37 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
said Orange County.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
