RESOLUTION NO. 65R-85
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO REFUND CERTAIN
WATER METER DEPOSITS TO STERLING HOMES J2.
WHEREAS, Sterling Homes #2 did make a temporary water
deposit in the amount of $3,080.00 with the City of Anaheim
pending annexation to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said annexation
was delayed at the convenience of the City and without fault
on the part of Sterling Homes #2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby authorized and directed to refund to Sterling Homes, i2,
a Limited Partnership, the sum of $3,080.00 covering certain
water meter deposits heretofore made by said Sterling Homes #2
in connection with Tract No. 4716.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 2nd day of February, 1965.
