1965-082WHEREAS, heretofore, on this day, the City Council
of the City of Anaheim adopted its Resolution No. 65R -81
rejecting all bids received for the removal of trees on State
College Boulevard from Ball Road to Wagner Avenue, in the City
of Anaheim, Job No. 922; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that no further
notice should be published inviting sealed proposals for said
job, but that the City Manager should be authorized to procure
the removal of said trees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that no further notice
be published inviting sealed proposals for said job, and that
the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized to procure
the removal of trees on State College Boulevard, from Ball Road
to Wagner Avenue, in the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 2nd day of February, 1965.
