A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 64R -928
GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 632.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit,
on December 15, 1964 adopt Resolution No. 64R -928 granting
Conditional Use Permit No. 632 permitting the establishment
of a service station at the intersection of a secondary high-
way and a local street, within 75 feet of R -1, One- Family
Residential zoned property, on the property described in said
resolution, subject to certain conditions therein set forth;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that through inad-
vertence or oversight the property on which said conditional
use permit was granted was incorrectly described in the
petition for said conditional use permit and in Resolution
No. 64R -928 granting said permit; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that
said resolution should be amended by correcting the descrip-
tion of the property contained therein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 64R -928 granting
Conditional Use Permit No. 632 be, and the same is hereby
amended by correcting the description of the property con-
tained therein to read as follows:
"The southerly 40 feet of Lot 6 and Lots 7
and 8 in Block 'A' of Tract No. 549, in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, as per map recorded in Book 18,
page 23 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the Office
of the County Recorder of said Orange County."
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 2nd day of February, 1965.

ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Dutton
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Meyor of the City
of Anaheim approved and signed said Resolution No. 65R -65
on the 2nd day of February, 1965.
