RESOLUTION NO. 65R 64
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
64R -927 IN RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS
NO. 64- 65 -39.
WHEREAS, the City Council did on December 15, 1964
adopt Resolution No. 64R -927 in Reclassification Proceedings
No. 64 -65 -39 finding and determining that the property and
area therein described should be changed from R -1, ONE- FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL ZONE to C -1, NEIGHBORHOOD- COMMERCIAL ZONE, subject
to certain conditions therein set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that through
inadvertence or oversight the property proposed to be re-
classified was incorrectly described in the petition and in
said resolution, and that Resolution No. 64R -927 should,
therefore, be amended by correcting the description of the
property contained therein; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that an
ordinance has never been adopted directing said change of zone
and completing said reclassification proceedings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 64R -927 in Re-
classification Proceedings No. 64 -65 -39 be, and the same is
hereby amended by correcting the description of the real
property contained therein to read as follows:
"The southerly 40 feet of Lot 6 and Lots 7
and 8 in Block 'A' of Tract No. 549, in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange State of
California, as per map recorded in Book 18,
Page 23 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the Office
of the County Recorder of said Orange County."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 64R -927 be and remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 2nd day of February, 1965.

thereof:

ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Dutton
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Resolution No. 65R -64 on the
2nd day of February, 1965.
