1965-062WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit,
on May 28, 1963, adopt Resolution No. 63R -475 in Reclassifi-
cation Proceedings No. 62 -63 -108 finding and determining that
the property and area therein described should be changed from
R -A, RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL ZONE to R -3, MULTIPLE- FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL ZONE, subject to certain conditions therein set
forth; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the filing of the petition
for Reclassification No. 62 -63 -108, the petitioner did, on
or about November 19, 1964, file an additional and separate
petition, under Reclassification No. 64- 65 -68, requesting that
a portion of the property described in Reclassification Pro-
ceedings No. 62 -63 -108 be reclassified to C -3, HEAVY COMMERCIAL
ZONE; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that Resolution No.
63R -475 in Reclassification Proceedings No. 62 -63 -108 should,
therefore, be amended by deleting therefrom that portion of
the real property proposed to be reclassified to C -3, HEAVY
COMMERCIAL ZONE in Reclassification Proceedings No. 64- 65 -68;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that an
ordinance has never been adopted directing said change of zone
and completing said reclassification proceedings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 63R -475 in Reclassi-
fication Proceedings No. 62 -63 -108 be, and the same is hereby
amended by correcting the description of the property and area
contained therein to read as follows:
The West 405.00 feet of the East one -half of the
Northeast one quarter of the Northeast one quarter of
Section 14, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the
Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map thereof, re-
corded in Book 51, Page 11, of Miscellaneous Maps,
Records of Orange County, California, excepting there-
from the North Five (5) acres."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 63R -475 be and remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by
