1965-050A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAINL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
RESOLUTION NO. 65R 50
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purch -sing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council cf the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of MARIA GUMERSINDA
HERNANDEZ a married woman as her sole an separate property,
to sel to t City of Anaheim t following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
•ublic utilit •ur•oses
and more particular y described as fol ows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Easterly 30.00 feet,
as measured at right angles, from the center line
of Patt Street, of the following described parcel
of land:
Lot 10 of the Gresswell Subdivision, as shown on
a Map thereof recorded in Book 6, page 47 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
For the purpose of this description the easterly
line of said Lot 10 is assumed to be the center
line of Patt Street.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, oat of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
