A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility.
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property ha ve offered
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
of Anaheim that the offer of _ROBERT LOUIS CLARK and

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes

under and across the Westerly 60.00 feet (as measured
at right angles from the center line of Brookhurst
Street) being a portion of the following described
parcel of land:
The Northerly 83.00 feet of the Southerly 283.00 feet
of the Westerly 317 feet of the Southwest quarter of
Section 5, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the
Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVLD that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1000)°
