A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 64k -214 BY
AMENDING CERTAIN PARAGRAPHS OF THAT SECTION
THEREOF ENTITLED, "GENERAL WATER SERVICE,
SCHEDULE W-0.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
March 31, 1964, adopt Resolution No. 64R -214 fixing rates for
general water service and connections, and fixing charges for
the installation of water mains for water furnished to con-
sumers and for all services rendered in connection therewith,
and superseding certain resolutionsadopted prior to March 31,
1964; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that Resolution No.
64R -214 should be amended by amending certain paragraphs of that
section thereof entitled 'General Water Service, Schedule W -0."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 64R -214 be, and the same
is hereby amended by amending those certain paragraphs herein-
after set forth of that section of said resolution entitled
"GENERAL WATER SERVICE, SCHEDULE W-0," to read as follows:

SCHEDULE W -0
Rate A: Metered Rate Monthly (Independent Consumer)
First 750 Cubic feet $0.29 per 100 cubic feet
Next 3,000 .23 If II
Next 7,000 .19 ,B
All over 10,750 'P IT .14 If IT
The above rate blocks shall be multiplied by the
number of independent consumers in excess of one
served.
Minimum Charge Monthly (Independent Consumer)
3/4" pipe 3.00 2" pipe 10.00
1' 4.50 3 18.00
1 -1/2" 7.50 4'' 30.00
6 i? It 45.00
The above minimum charge shall be increased by $1.00
for each independent consumer connected in excess of
one.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above regulations and
rates shall become effective on all bills rendered to consumers
reflecting consumption for any complete billing period, com-
mencing on or after the 1st day of February, 1965 and shall
continue thereafter until changed by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said
Resolution No. 64R -214 be, and remain in full force and effect.
