PARCEL ONE: An easement for electric power poles and lines
over, under and across the Northerly 5 feet of that portion
of Lot 10 of the Anaheim Homestead Tract, as shown on a
Map recorded in Book 26, page 10 of Miscellaneous Records
of Los Angeles County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the center line of West-
mont Drive (formerly Burton Street) with the Southerly
prolongation of the Westerly line of said Lot 10; thence
North 85 29' 35" East along said center line, 181.44 feet;
thence North 4 30' 25" West 141.50 feet; thence South 85
29' 35" West, parallel with said center line, 179.25 feet
to said Westerly line of Lot 10; thence South 3 37' 13"
East along said Westerly line and the Southerly prolongation
thereof, 141.52 feet to the point of beginning.
