A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY
ELECTRIC POWER LINES AND CROSS -ARM OVERHANG
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for public utility
electric power lines and cross -arm overhang purposes
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council cf the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of FIRST CIIRISTIAN CHURCH__
OF ANAHEIM
to sell to t e City of Anaheim t,e following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for public utility
electric power lines and cross arm overhan ur oses
and more particular y descri ed as fol oI ease
An easement for public utility electric power lines and
cross arms overhang purposes over, along and across the
Easterly 3.00 feet of the following described parcel of
land:
The East 165 feet of the West 330 feet of the North 650
feet of the East half of the Northwest quarter of the
Northwest quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range
10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim ,ucsept a convey
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said re..1 property, out of Oener:1 Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar 001.00)
