A RESOLUTION OF _'?:,4 CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A
CONVEYING TO THE CITY
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and yublic
utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the over of said property ham offered
to sell and convey the same o the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anahei that the offer of CRENSHAW BUILDINQ
CORPORATION, a California corporation,

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road azjd
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across the Westerly 53.00 feet of the following described
parcel of land:
That real property, being that portion of the West half of the
Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Fractional Section
24, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon
de Santa Ana, as said Section is shown on the Map recorded in
Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County, described as follows:
Beginning at the point on the West line of said Section 24,
distant South 0 04' 11" West 200.00 feet from the intersection
of said West line with the Southeasterly line of the right of
way of the Southern. Pacific Railroad, as described in the deed
recorded in Book 461, page 21 of Deeds, records of Los Angeles
County, California, said point being the Southwesterly corner of
the land conveyed to National Biscuit Co. by deed recorded in
Book 5716, page 809 of Official Records; thence South 0 04' 11"
West, along said West line, 151.04 feet to the North line of the
land described in the deed to Crenshaw Building Corporation by
deed recorded in Book 4773, page 532 of Official Records; thence
South 39 49' 43" East, along said North line, 368.00 feet;
thence North 0 04' 11" East, parallel with said West line, 151.69
feet to the South line of said National Biscuit Co. land; thence
North 89 55' 49''West, along said South line, 368.00 feet to
the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and th:It the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
