A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A DEED QUITCLAIMING TO
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of acquiring the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
quitclaim the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept a Quitclaim Deed for said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of Raymond Associates, a
corporation, to quitclaim to the City of Anaheim the following
described real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, to be used for municipal pur-
poses, and more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL 1:
That portion of the northwest quarter of Section 27,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San
Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a map recorded
in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County; California, described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said Section 27,
said corner also being the center line intersection
of Katella Avenue and West Street; thence along said
center line of Katella Avenue North 89 54' 40" East
1333.32 feet; said last mentioned point bears South
89 54' 40" West 1309.32 feet from the center line
intersection of said Katella Avenue and Harbor Boule-
vard; thence South 1 21' 49" East 210.0 feet to the
true point of beginning; thence South 1 21' 49" East
120.06 feet; thence North 89 54' 40" East 151.17
feet; thence North 1 21' 49" West 120.06 feet; thence
South 89 54' 40" West 151.17 feet to the true point
of beginning.
PARCEL 2:
That portion of the northwest quarter of Section 27,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San
Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as said section is shown on
a map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California described
as follows: Beginning at a point in the north line
of said northwest quarter, distant North 89 54' 40"
East 1524.51 feet from the northwest corner of said
northwest quarter, being also distant South 89 54' 40"
West 1058.13 feet from the northeast corner of said
northwest quarter; thence South 1 21' 49" East 348.097

feet, thence North 89 54' 40" East 241.38 feet; thence
North 1 21' 17" West 340.08 feet to said north line;
thence South 89 54' 40" West 241.38 feet to the point
of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a Quitclaim
Deed for said property.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 29th day of June, 1965.
