AREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property

WHEREAS, the owners f s.id property ha a offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real, property.
NOWT THEREFORE D BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of *pahai„ that the offer of JERRY VICTQ MAT,F:q_
a single man, ISIDORO MALHER, a single man, and CLARA MAhHER,
a single woman, brothers and sister,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road aid
re particularly described as followsi
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Easterly 53 feet, as measured at
right angles to the center line of Dowling Avenue, of
Lot 5, Block 5, of the Golden State Tract, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 4, pages 66 and 67 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
For the purpose of this description, the Easterly line
of said Lot 5 is assumed to be the center line of Dowling
Avenue.

City of Anaheim, and th =!t the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, nd he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar 01.00).
