A RESOLUTION OF CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM( ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
cower= TO THE CITY CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner ss of said property ha a offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, EE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Northerly 57 feet, as measured
at right angles from the center line of Orange Avenue,
of that parcel of land described as follows:
The East 45 feet of the West 330 feet of the North half
of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of the
Southwest quarter of Section 14, Township 4 South,
Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on
a Map recorded in Book 51, pages 7 et seq of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of said Orange County.
For the purpose of this description, the center line of
Orange Avenue is assumed to be the North line of the
above described parcel of land.

ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
