Council of the City of Anaheim is
hereinafter described real property
wit: An easement for road and

State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:

over, under and across the Southerly 53.00 feet,
as measured at right angles from the center line
of Ball Road of the following described parcel
of land:
The South 325.07 feet of the East 132.6 feet of
the West 530.6 feet of the East half of the
Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of
Section 14, Township 4 South, Range 11 West,
S.B.B. M.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the

ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
