A RESOLUTION OF CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED

PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wait: An easement for road and
p ublic utility purposes

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEO by the City Council of
the City of Mukhei that the offer of RUTH C. WTT.T,TAMS,
to sell to the City of Anahei.. the following described reat
property situated in the City of Agnr-shelm, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:

An easement over the real property situated in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, des-
cribed as:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that portion of Lot 4, Block K of the Kraemer
Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 12, pages 87 and
88 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, Cali-
fornia, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Dowl-
ing Avenue with the Westerly prolongation of the Northerly
line of Lot 4, Block 4 of the Golden State Tract, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 4, page 66 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County; thence North 16 46' 42"
West 660.03 feet to the intersection with the center line
of Orangethorpe Avenue, thence North 73 11' 37" East
along said center line of Oran §ethorpe Avenue, a distance
of 63.47 feet; thence South 16 48' 23" East 53 feet;
thence South 73 11' 37" West, 10 feet to the beginning of
a tangent curve concave Southeasterly and having a radius of
25.00 feet; thence Westerly and Southerly along said curve
through a central angle of 100 03' 10" an arc distance of
43.66 feet to the beginning of a curve concave Easterly and
having a radius of 922 feet, a radial line bearing South
63 08' 27" West passes through the point of beginning of
said curve; thence Southerly along said curve through a

to the beginning of a tangent reverse curve concave West-
erly and having a radius of 1,053 feet, a radial line bear-
ing North 61 55' 41" East passes through the point of
beginning of said curve; thence Southerly along said curve
through a central angle of 11 17' 37" an arc distance of
207.56 feet; thence South 16 46' 42" East 351.74 feet to
a point on the Northerly line of said Lot 4, Block 4 of
the Golden State Tract, said point being 33 feet Easterly
of the Northwesterly corner of said Lot 4, Block 4; thence
Westerly along said Northerly line of said Lot 4, Block 4
and its Westerly prolongation, a distance of 53 feet to the
point of beginning.
Excepting therefrom that portion deeded to the Orange County
Flood Control District by deed recorded October 19, 1960
in Book 5469, page 487 of said Official Records of Orange
County, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to
the owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds
of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 29th day of June 1965.
