RESOLUTION No. 65R -486
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE ASSIGNMENT OF
RIGHTS AND INTEREST OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
UNDER THE BETHLEHEM STEEL CORPORATION AGREE-
MENT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the assignment of rights and interest of the City
of Anaheim under the Bethlehem Steel Corporation Agreement sub-
mitted to this City Council by the City Attorney is hereby
approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said
Assignment and the City Clerk be and she is hereby authorized
to seal and attest the same.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 24th day of June, 1965.
