A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS AND CLOSING AGENDA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
The City Attorney of the City of Anaheim is hereby
authorized and instructed to execute Escrow Instructions and
Closing Agenda relating to the closing of the transaction
contemplated by that certain Joint Exercise of Powers Agree-
ment, as amended, dated for convenience as of March 1, 1965,
between the City of Anaheim and Anaheim Union High School
District, and to take any and all action and to do any and
all things necessary or required in his opinion to carry
out and perform the terms and conditions of said Agreement.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 24th day of June, 1965.
