1965-465WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
March 24, 1964, adopt Resolution No. 64R -200 in Reclassifica-
tion Proceedings No. 63 -64 -62 finding and determining that the
property and area therein described should be changed from R -A,
RESIDENTIAL- AGRICULTURAL ZONE to R -3, MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
ZONE and C -1, NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL ZONE, as more particularly
set forth in said resolution, subject to certain conditions
therein set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that Condition No. 10
of said Resolution No. 64R -200 is ambiguous and should be clari-
fied or amended by deleting therefrom the words "or building
site."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 64R -200 in Reclassifica-
tion Proceedings No. 63 -64 -62 be, and the same is hereby, amended
by amending Condition No. 10 thereof to read as follows:

RESOLUTION NO. 65R -465
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
64R -200 IN RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS
NO. 63- 64 -62.
That plans for the development of any portion
of subject property shall be submitted to the
Development Review Board for report and recom-
mendation to the City Planning Commission and
City Council, and that said plans shall be sub-
ject to the approval of the Commission and
Council; provided, however, that any plans for
any parcel of property in Portion "A" shall be
limited to a density not exceeding 18 dwelling
units per net residential acre, and shall be
limited to one -story construction within 150
feet of any property classified R -1, One Family
Residential Zone; and provided further, that
plans for Portion "B" shall conform to all
provisions of the C -1, Neighborhood Commercial
Zone."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said
Resolution No. 64R -200 be, and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 22nd day of June, 1965.
