1965-456WHEREAS, Louis M. Rubin is the owner of property in the
City of Anaheim which is described in Exhibit No. 1 attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference; and
WHEREAS, the charges for electricity, water and sanita-
tion services in the amounts shown on Exhibit No. 1, which
services have been provided by the City of Anaheim, are delin-
quent according to the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code;
and
WHEREAS, Section 10.16.100 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
provides that such charges for utility services may be declared
a lien upon the respective parcels of property listed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the charges for utility services,in the
amounts listed in Exhibit No. 1 of this resolution, are, and they
are hereby declared and found to be, delinquent.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that such charges for utility
services are declared to be a lien on the parcels of property
listed in Exhibit No. 1 of this resolution.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 15th day of June, 1965.
