A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING
PERMIT TO DEVELOPMENT COORDINATORS TO
MOVE A DWELLING FROM 1202 EAST KENWOOD
AVENUE, ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA TO 1043 BODEN
DRIVE, ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, DEVELOPMENT COORDINATORS having filed a written
application for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house from
1202 East Kenwood Avenue, Anaheim, California to 1043 Boden Drive,
Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 8th day of June, 1965, at the hour of 1 :30 o'clock
P.M. and notice of the time and place fixed for said public hear-
ing having been given by mail to all persons residing within a
radius of three hundred feet from the property upon which it is
proposed to move said dwelling house, building or structure, at
least ten days prior to the date fixed for said hearing, as the
names of such owners appeared on the last available tax assess-
ment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for hearing
upon said date and said hearing having been duly held and conducted
and all persons interested therein given an opportunity to be heard,
and the City Council having duly considered said application,
together with all evidence and reports submitted in connection
therewith, does find that said application should be granted
subject to the following conditions:
1. That the exterior of the house shall be stucco color
coated and the trim shall be painted.
2. That the roof shall be repaired with additional white
rock.
3. That the driveway shall be installed in accordance
with Code requirements.
4. That a lot split of the property at 1043 Boden Drive
shall be approved by the City Engineer, prior to
final building inspection.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the application of said DEVELOPMENT
COORDINATORS for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house
from 1202 East Kenwood Avenue, Anaheim, California to 1043 Boden
Drive, Anaheim, California, be, and the same is hereby, granted
subject to the the conditions hereinbefore set forth, and
further subject to compliance with all of the provisions of
Title 15, Chapter 15.32 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, relating
to the moving of buildings from a point within the City of Anaheim
onto a lot within the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 8th day of June, 1965.
