1965-430WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim has heretofore duly passed and adopted a resolution re-
commending denial of an amendment to the General Plan in the
general location and vicinity of the property described in
Reclassification Proceedings No 64 65 111 and being
generally bounded by
A line 200 ft. west of Euclid Street on the west;
a line 200 ft. north of Bali Road on the south;
a line 150 ft. east of Euclid Street on the east; and
Broadway on the north,
and comprising approximately 15 acres as shown and described
on Exhibit on file in t e Tty Planning Department, after
having held a public hearing in the manner and as prescribed by
law to consider said proposed amendment, and after having re-
ceived evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, following the hearing thereon, the Planning
Commission did duly announce by formal resolution its findings
of facts and declare its opinions and reasons for recommending
denial of said amendment to the General Plan, designated as
Amendment No o and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, summary of
evidence, report of findings, and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Council did fix the 8th day of
June 9 19 65 as the time and the Council Chamber in
Eh e City Ha i f the City of Anaheim as the place for a public
hearing upon said proposed Amendment Noo to the General
Plan and did give notice thereof in the manner an as provided
by law; and

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO
THE GENERAL PLAN DESIGNATED AS AMENDMENT
NO 58
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did duly hold and conduct such public
hearing and did give all persons interested therein an oppor-
tunity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports and
did thereupon consider the recommendations of the City Planning
Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
Amendment No. 5 to the General Plan, encompassing the afore-
mentioned and genera y described property included within the
proposed amendment to the General Plan, as shown on Exhibit
"A" on file in the City Planning Department, should be
approver

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Amendment No, 58 to the General
Plan, encompassing the aforementioned a generally described
property, as shown on said Exhibit "A" be and the same
is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Department be,
and it is hereby instructed, to amend the General Plan Map to
conform to General Plan Amendment No, 5 herein approved.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 8th day of June, 1965.
