A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASE-
MENT AND RIGHT OF WAY, FROM ORANGE COUNTY
WATER DISTRICT, ALONG AND ACROSS CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED, FOR
STORM DRAIN PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Orange County Water District, a public
corporation, has tendered to the City of Anaheim a "Grant
of Easement and Right of Way" granting to the City of
Anaheim, subject to the terms, covenants and conditions
therein set forth, an easement and right of way for storm
drain purposes along and across the following described
real property:
PARCEL ONE:
An easement for the installation and maintenance
of a storm drain over, under and across a strip of
land 30.00 feet in width, the center line of said
strip being described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 34 of
Tract 4958, as shown on a Map thereof recorded Decem-
ber 16, 1964 in Book 208, page 48 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California; thence
Easterly along the Northerly line of said Lot 34,
a distance of 36.00 feet; thence North 0 17' 10"
West 318.00 feet, more or less, to the point of
intersection with the Southerly line of that parcel
of land conveyed to Orange County Water District by
deed recorded August 29, 1940 in Book 1059, page 193
of Official Records of Orange County, said point of
intersection being the true point of beginning; thence
continuing North 0 17' 10" West a distance of 70.00
feet to the terminus of the easement herein described.

ber 27, 1963 in Book 192, page 11 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California; thence
Easterly along the Northerly line of said Lot 7, a
distance of 5.00 feet; thence North 0 29' 20" West
The East and West lines of said 30 foot easement to
be lengthened or shortened as the case may be to ter-
minate in the Southerly line of the above mentioned
parcel of land conveyed to Orange County Water District.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would
be in the best interest of the City to accept said "Grant
of Easement and Right of Way."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the "Grant of Easement and Right
of Way" this day tendered to the City by Orange County Water
District, granting to the City, subject to the terms, cove-
nants and conditions therein contained, an easement and
right of way for storm drain purposes over, under and across
the real property hereinbefore described, be, and the same
is hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized to accept said
"Grant of Easement and Right of Way" for and on behalf of
the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved
by me this 8th day of June, 1965.

to the terminus of the easement herein described.
