1965-408WHEREAS, W. C. GARRETT, JR. having filed a written
application for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house
from 1202 North East Street, Anaheim, California to 423 Parkway,
Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 8th day of June, 1965, at the hour of 1 :30 o'clock
P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said public
hearing having been given by mail to all persons residing within
a radius of three hundred feet from the property upon which it is
proposed to move said dwelling house, building or structure, at
least ten days prior to the date fixed for said hearing, as the
names of such owners appeared upon the last available tax assess-
ment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for hear-
ing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held and
conducted and all persons interested therein given an opportunity
to be heard, and the City Council having duly considered said appli-
cation for a house moving permit, together with all evidence and
reports submitted in connection therewith, does find that said
permit should be granted.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the application of said W. C. GARRETT,
JR. for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house from
1202 North East Street, Anaheim, California to 423 Parkway, Anaheim,
California, be, and the same is hereby, granted subject to compli-
ance with all of the provisions of Title 15, Chapter 15.32 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code relating to the moving of buildings from a
point within the City of Anaheim onto a lot within the City of
Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 8th day of June, 1965.
