A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 64R -859 IN
RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 64- 65 -53.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
November 24, 1964 adopt Resolution No. 64R -859 in Reclassifica-
tion Proceedings No. 64 -65 -53 finding and determining that the
property and area therein described should be changed from R -A,
RESIDENTIAL- AGRICULTURAL ZONE to C -3, HEAVY- COMMERCIAL ZONE,
subject to certain conditions therein set forth; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 7 of Resolution No. 64R -859 reads
as follows:
"7. That a 6 -foot strip of landscaping not less than
12 inches in height shall be provided on the
Loara Street and Lincoln Avenue frontages of
subject property; that an additional 2% land-
scaping not less than feet in height shall be
provided in the remainder of the parking area;
and that said landscaping shall be planted and
provided with irrigation facilities prior to
final building inspection."
AND WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Condition
No. 7 should be amended to provide for landscaping as shown on
the amended plans approved by the City Council and on file with
the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that an
ordinance has never been adopted directing said change of zone
and completing said reclassification proceedings.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 64R -859 in Reclassifica-
tion Proceedings No. 64 -65 -53 be, and the same is hereby, amended
by amending Condition No. 7 thereof to read as follows:
"7. That landscaping shall be provided in accordance
with the amended plans approved by the City
Council and on file with the City of Anaheim;
and that said landscaping shall be planted and
provided with irrigation facilities prior to
final building inspection."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said
Resolution No. 64R -859 be, and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 25th day of May, 1965.
