A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

State of California, to be used for an easement for road and

and more particular y described as o ows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that portion of the Northeast quarter of the North-
west quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 16, Township
4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. M., also being that portion
of Lot 3 of the Helen and Lynch's Addition to Anaheim, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 442, page 158 of Deeds, records
of Los Angeles County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Northwest quarter of
the Northwest quarter of said Section 16; thence South 0 24'
59" East, along the East line of the Northwest quarter of the
Northwest quarter of said Section 16, said East line also being
the center line of Loara Street, a distance of 660.65 feet;
thence South 88 57' 18" West 32.00 feet; thence North 0 24' 59"
West 612.96 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave
Southwesterly and having a radius of 15 feet; thence Northerly
and Westerly along said curve through a central angle of 91
03' 13" a distance of 23.84 feet to the beginning of a curve
concave Southerly and having a radius of 9947 feet, a radial
line passing through said point of beginning of curve bears
South 1 28 12" East, thence Westerly and Southerly along
said curve through a central angle of 0 56' 48" a distance of
164.34 feet; thence North 2 25 00" West a distance of 35.81
feet; thence North 89 08' 42" East a distance of 212.80 feet
to the point of beginning.
Excepting therefrom any portion conveyed to the State of Cali-
fornia in Deed No. 141932, recorded in Book 3686, page 35 of
Official Records of Orange County, California.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and th =t the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Doll -.r ($1.00).
