A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
65R -359 GRANTING VARIANCL NO. 1694.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
May 11, 1965. adopt Resolution No. 65R -359 granting Variance
No. 1694 permitting a waiver of the Anaheim Municipal Code
minimum garage requirement, a waiver of the minimum side yard
requirement, and a waiver of the minimum floor area require-
ment on the property described in said resolution, subject to
certain conditions therein set forth; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 5 of Resolution No. 65R -359
reads as follows:
"5. That subject property shall be developed sub-
stantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of
Anaheim, marked Exhibits Nos. 1, 2. 3, 4 and
5
AND WHEREAS, the agent for the applicants for said
variance has advised the City Council that through inadvertence
the offstreet parking area was incorrectly calculated by him,
thus necessitating a revision of the plans of development; and
WHEREAS, revised plans for the development of subject
property have been submitted to the City Council for approval;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said revised plans
should be approved and substituted for the plans now on file
with the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 65R -359 granting
Variance No. 1694, be, and the same is hereby amended by amend-
ing Condition No. 5 thereof to read as follows:
"5. That subject property shall be developed
substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of
Anaheim, marked Exhibits Nos. 1 and 2,
Revision No. 1, dated May 25, 1965, and
signed by Mayor Krein."
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 25th day of May, 1965.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
