RESOLUTION NO. 65R -376
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 65R -358 IN
RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 64 -65 -100.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
May 11, 1965, adopt Resolution No. 65R -358 in Reclassification
Proceedings No. 64 -65 -100 finding and determining that the
property and area therein described should be changed from
R -2, MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE to R -3, MULTIPLE- FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL ZONE, subject to certain conditions therein set
forth; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 1 of said resolution reads as
"1. That subject property shall be developed
substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of Anaheim,
marked Exhibits Nos. 1, 3, 3, 4 and 5."
AND WHEREAS, the agent for the applicants for said
change of zone has advised the City Council that through in-
advertence the offstreet parking area was incorrectly calculated
by him, thus necessitating a revision of the plans for the
development of subject property; and
WHEREAS, revised plans for the development of subject
property have this day been submitted to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said revised
plans should be approved and substituted for the plans now on
file with the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that an
ordinance has never been adopted directing said change of zone
and completing said reclassification proceedings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 65R -358 in Reclassifi-
cation Proceedings No. 64 -65 -100 be, and the same is hereby
amended by amending Condition No. 1 thereof to read as follows:
"1. That subject property shall be developed
substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of
Anaheim, marked Exhibits Nos. 1 and 2,
Revision No. 1, dated May 25, 1965, and signed
by Mayor Krein."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 65R -358 be, and remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 25th day of May, 1965.
