RESOLUTION NO. 65R -361
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM FINDING AND DETERMINING
THAT NO PROTESTS, EITHER WRITTEN OR ORAL,
WERE MADE IN THE PROCEEDINGS FOR THE
IMPROVEMENTS CONTEMPLATED TO BE MADE BY
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM UNDER THE STREET
LIGHTING ACT OF 1931 STREET LIGHTING
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1965 -1.
WHEREAS, the City Council did on April 6, 1965 adopt
Resolution No. 65R -270 setting the llth day of May,1965 at the
hour of 7:00 o'clock P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City
Hall in the City of Anaheim as the day, hour and place when
and where any and all persons having any objections to the
proposed improvements to be made by the City under the Street
Lighting Act of 1931, in Street Lighting Assessment District
1965 -1, might appear and show cause why the proposed improvements
should not be carried out; and
WHEREAS, said hearing on protests was held on the
llth day of May, 1965; and
WHEREAS, no protests, either written or oral, were
made in the proceedings for the improvements contemplated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it does find and declare that no pro-
tests, either written or oral, were made at said hearing held
on May 11, 1965 in the proceedings for certain contemplated im-
provements to be made by the City under the Street Lighting Act
of 1931, in Street Lighting Assessment District 1965 -1.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this llth day of May, 1965.
