1965-354WHEREAS, Resolution No. 65R -245 was adopted on
March 30, 1965, authorizing the execution and recordation of
a Lease and Option Agreement between the City of Anaheim and
Anna Zahl; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error
said Resolution No. 65R -245 failed to authorize and direct
the Finance Director to make payments required by said Lease
and Option Agreement; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire and intention of the City
Council to amend said resolution nunc pro tunc to correct such
omission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that its Resolution No. 65R -245, dated
March 30, 1965, be and it is hereby amended nunc pro tunc by
adding thereto the following paragraph:
"BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance
Director of the City of Anaheim be, and
he is hereby authorized and directed to
pay to Lessor of said real property the
sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00)
as the first installment under said Lease
and Option Agreement."
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
