WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is

Easements over the real property situated in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Easements over that portion of Lot 6, South Placentia Tract
No. 2, as per Map thereof recorded in Book 5, page 42 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, described
as follows:
PARCEL ONE: An easement for the installation and mainten-
ance of power poles and lines over, under and across the
Easterly 6.00 feet of the Westerly 8.00 feet of the land
conveyed to Bert Bledsoe et al by deed recorded March 6,
1964 in Book 6952, page 67 of Official Records.
Excepting from said 6.00 foot strip the Southerly 75.00
feet of the Easterly 3.00 feet.
PARCEL TWO: An overhead easement for cross -arms and power
lines over the Westerly 2.00 feet of said land conveyed to
Bert Bledsoe et al by deed recorded March 6, 1964 in Book
6952, page 67 of said Official Records.
PARCEL THREE: An overhead easement for cross -arms and
power lines over the Easterly 5.00 feet of the Westerly
10.00 feet of the land conveyed to Bert Bledsoe et al by
deed recorded March 6, 1964 in Book 6952, page 67 of Of-
ficial Records.
Excepting from said 5.00 foot strip the Westerly 3.00
feet of the Northerly 217.00 feet.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
